The Atomic Trades and Labor Council and Queens College have initiated an Early Lung Cancer Detection Program for former and current workers of the Y-12 and ORNL sites which contains two segments. First, there is a mobile unit containing a state of the art Siemens 16 slice CT scan unit located at the ATLC hall, 109 Viking Road. Retired employees will be the first to receive this scan free of charge. The results will be sent to Queens college electronically for review by physicians. Employees wishing to take advantage of this can call 1-866-CATSCAN.

The other portion of this program which includes a physical examination for former employees can be scheduled by calling 483-8471 or 1-800-906-2019

Due to the requirement that retirees be the first to receive the screening, current workers must meet the below listed eligbility criteria to be scheduled for the Medical Screening Program at this time. We will advise all other Y-12 and ORNL current workers at the appropriate time for scheduling.
