The Atomic Trades and Labor Council, which is affiliated with the Metal Trades Department, AFL-CIO, is compiled of sixteen International Unions and seventeen local unions. The ATLC currently represents approximately 2100 members at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Y-12 National Security Complex.
